Please fix ranked

Please fix ranked. Im tired of getting deranked after 5 losses in a row and then taking 100+ games to get back to my original league. And can you PLEASE raise the requirements for ranked cause im tired of getting people who bought a level 30 account and joining ranked and going 0/35 on ashe. Can you also make it so you can choose people to not get queued up with again cause game after game i get queued with trolls in a 3 stack that feed all game and go tri top or all assasins and sit at the edge of the fight while i have to carry the teamfight. At this point if my team feeds first blood its just about over and there is NO WAY i can possibly climb out of this elo without playing 2000 games or buying a boost.

Also dont give me that shit "Every game is carryable" in the comments cause ill just tell you your a complete idiot and should feel ashamed. Im not pro at this game cause im put up against a bunch of trolls and cant learn ANYTHING because its either a 1 sided stomp for them or a 1 sided stomp for us.
