idk i got a Permanent Suspended after i blame a guy who feed all game and refuse to group, after that game i got a report and then riot banned me. Sarutobi2 votesusually a perma ban on this level is for something far more serious. You dont give us enough information to see what exactly was said, or any reason. I highly doubt that game before the ban was the cause of it. it would either have to be a continue of toxic behavior, some use of 3rd party program (eg scripting, botting), or could be a chrageback on (although im unsure if these give permabans!)

yes, even then you can still be banned. riot will tell you , nothing justifies toxicity, no matter what is occurring in game.

Here's the thing, there are different ways to defend yourself. The best way to do so is to mute and report after the game.
However, if you decide to "defend" yourself by responding to one player's toxic behavior with your own toxic behavior, then that is bannable. The reason being is because by doing so, all you are doing is making the situation worse for everyone else, because now instead of having to deal with 1 toxic players, they are dealing with 2. If you absolutely must say something, you need to try and keep it as calm and peaceful as possible, but even then, it's still likely better to just not respond to these types of players.
