idk i got a Permanent Suspended after i blame a guy who feed all game and refuse to group, after that game i got a report and then riot banned me. usually a perma ban on this level is for something far more serious. You dont give us enough information to see what exactly was said, or any reason. I highly doubt that game before the ban was the cause of it. it would either have to be a continue of toxic behavior, some use of 3rd party program (eg scripting, botting), or could be a chrageback on (although im unsure if these give permabans!)

you can be banned for being toxic. even if not extreme if you keep harassing people, or arguing with others then they ban you.
