Seriously. They really need to adjust their matchmaking. Why do cases like this come up? In this example the opposing team's lowest tier player is higher than our highest tier player. This is a ranked game by the way.
In my experience with other games, the better the matchmaking, the longer the queue times. To get a nicely balanced matched, you might have to wait a very long time.
That's crazy that you got matched up against so many higher guys. It's almost like you were in a premade 5 man, which will match you to another premade.
