Gold to Plat end of season rush stream

Hey, guys! My name is Link. I'm a Gold Division summoner who want's to hit Platinum before the season ends. The purpose of the stream is to get advice from all kinds of players to help me expand my game knowledge and get further better at the game. I've tried streaming in the past but I've never had a computer that was strong enough to do it :\ After saving up for several years I've finally acquired a computer strong enough to do so! So please help me out and give me tips so I can achieve Plat V soon!
