Solo que silver 3 and this is what i get?

This game just happened to me. I didn't wanna blind pick my top lane, so I decided that I would just play Lissandra top lane. Very neutral and I can just farm my way through the game. Started off a little rocky, but I quickly turned it around and started just smacking people for tons of damage and setting up my team great. I didn't look at the rest of my teams farm til about the 30 minute mark. They were all putting out damage and being tanky, I figured "hey, they got it on point." When I finally looked I was quite disgusted with what I saw. (see below for end game screen shot) This has seemed to happen to me a lot lately. Before anybody says it, I didn't roam and take other lanes cs, my cs was strictly from my lane until about the 27 minute mark.

Riot I am asking for some sort of que matchup change. I've been playing for nearly two years and I feel as if I am out classing the rank that I am in. I've literally been stuck in this group since about a year ago when I was placed with a 1270 back in S2. I've played over 1k ranked games. I'm really not sure if it's me or if I'm just getting trolled but I do not see an out here. Somebody please help.
