So you know how if you need say 5RP for a skin or something like that you can send a poem or a drawing of a fav champ to riot and get it that way;
what happens to the pictures you send? are they just deleted? same with poems i suppose
Tickets are saved even after they are closed, so technically it doesn't go anywhere. I can only guess whether or not they send them to a folder for further storage. I'd hit them up @Riot Support on Twitter and ask.
They are shared around the office. Mine was, at least.
