Why is it that when in a game of league(Ranked or norms) people i play with are so toxic and just plain rude.
Short version: humans are still savage, vile creatures. Sure, we act nice in other circumstances, but high pressure environments, like losing competition, boil out our restraint and the true demon surfaces. Fortunately, the punishment of social shame or legal imprisonment is enough to keep most of us at bay. Unfortunately, neither punishment exist (well, mostly) in a largely anonymous medium such at the internet.
Like, I want to play and have fun but my team sees otherwise. They will either tell you to uninstall the game or say other offensive stuff if you get killed even when sometimes you die from ganks.
The moment the match begins, mute your team and the enemy team. The in-game chat is fun and all, it sucks that we can't have the feature without dealing with the disease minded cesspool that is this community, but them's the breaks kid. We should be able to be social and play nice, but since we can't, stop using League as a chatroom to fill your social needs of meeting strangers and mute all. 50% of this game is communication but 90% of that 50 are pings.
When did this community become to toxic?
Since late 2011, this game has been regarded as the most toxic community in online gaming, taking the title away from Halo and Call of Duty.
I'm kinda sick of this game now and don't feel like i should play this just to get frustrated by the fact that they downloaded this game to play it just to get on other peoples buttons.
I agree. League is largely a waste of time and money. If you're not an employee, or steamer able to become financially independent by playing, and the frustration is negatively affecting your life, then quit, at least for awhile. If you need to play online video games, play non-competitive online games. If you need to complete, play non-anonymous competitive games like physical sports (basketball, football, etc), mental sports (chess, mahjong, etc), or trading card games. If you're just wanting to play League, mute both teams, as I said, or if you're just frustrated and think threatening to quit will make Riot work any harder, don't bother.
I'm sorry you're having a bad time, but go drink a glass of water, take a deep breath, and get back into the game or go do something productive with your life like the rest of us should be doing.
