Constant Leaver Buster Suspensions

So, over the past 3-5 days or so I've been experiencing difficulties with my internet. My internet will run flawlessly until i enter a game. Once i am in a game i get instant 5-6K ping and i really can't play. Thus over the past few days I've played not one, not two, but three Low Priority, one 10 minute for 5 games and two 20 minute for 5 games (Which one lasted for six). And thus I've gone to my friends house and I've played them off there, but as of about a hour ago i entered a game and had the same problem, but i stayed in fountain while i was lagging and STILL received another wait time. I'd also like to state that I've never left a game during this time frame, It's been all lag and "disconnecting". I demand that my account be taken out of Low Priority. I also recommend that the "Flawless system" be modified so it understands those of us that can't help disconnecting, and are punished for it.
