So i'd like to take some time to explain how riot functions when banning players. The idea is to rid themselves of possible law suites that are brought about by various derogatory comments normally sexual, life threatening,homophobic,sexist or other criminal offenses that occur on their platform, making it their responsibility. The other reason, when a player has played enough matches in a certain amount of time riot will give them a rating, this rating dictates how addicted a player is to the game, they also give a rating on there purchases and how often they purchase various things from riots online stores. When the ratings are high enough and when a player gives them a reason to permanently ban there account, they use the reason to cloak their true intentions, which is simply this, they know that at a certain rating a player is addicted to the game and they will remake an account and repurchase everything they did on the previous one increasing their profits. They will deny this, they will reassure you that it's not true, but you have to remember that riot is a company, and all companies are made with the idea of making money, so if they find anyway to exploit you for profit, they will. They can use kind words, they can cloak there true intentions and act professional, just like your governments. But should you honestly trust your governments? Should you honestly trust riot? The answer in both cases is, no. If the tribunal system wasn't for profiting, they would give someone a chance to rehabilitate themselves, to prove they deserve to not be banned. Someone who is derogatory nonstop to there teammates deserves to be permanently banned from the game without hopes of rehabilitating himself? Is this justice? The definition of justice is ''Just behavior or treatment'' Is not giving you a chance to rehabilitate yourself just treatment? No. Yet they claim that their actions are ''Just''. So if they claim that it's just but it isn't true that must mean there's a hidden motive? Well, wouldn't it make sense that the hidden motive is making there pockets fatter Or to save there own sorry rears from a law suite, which is purely selfish action in both cases. If you see the evidence right in front of you than you will agree that you are not the ones who deserve to be banned without hopes of rehabilitation, it is riot that deserves to be banned for injustice and I would give riot the opportunity to rehabilitate themselves, proving to me that they are capable of selfless acts and I could forgive them, let them prove they are capable of true justice. Because it only seems fair right? But how could things be fair when there are profits for them to exploit. If you owned a company and you could find a way to make more profit using a certain method would you? Think about it, you are making tons of money, you can have anything you ever wanted, you can snort cocaine all day, go on cruises on your personal yacht, all the beautiful women you could dream of, go where you want, when you want, do what you want when you want and money isn't an object as long as you keep the ball rolling and the ball wouldn't keep rolling if you didn't find a way to exploit people, so i'm sure you would, unless you are like me and have too high a sense of morality and feel incredibly guilty if you wrong someone, which a percentage of the population is, 99% of the time, nice people don't get rich because they don't have the heart to exploit people, to create these schemes and utilize them in the most effective ways. I'm not concerned about most of the ways riot exploits people, it's out of my control. However, i can explain a method that would work and is truly justice. For every derogatory comment a day long ban, do this nonstop for months and pretty soon you will find that all of the community is rehabilitated, trust me these addicts rather shut their mouths than get banned, your permanent banning is only for profit and in no way shape or form is just. You can be severe but permanent banning without a chance at rehabilitation is completely unjust and unfair to the people that dedicate so much of their time to something they love. Everyone who's ever been permanently banned, how much life has riot taken from you? how many minutes of your estimated maximum 100 years of life on this planet before you die have they taken with a permanent ban, how many of you would rehabilitate themselves if given a second chance to gain back those minutes wasted. I guarantee everyone that had spent a year or more on there account would choose to change there behavior if given a chance, but all you do is say no with an iron fist so that you can reap in another 100$ off somebody or even 350$ or ( insert number here ), Vote rehabilitation, force riot to take you seriously. WE MAKE THE RULES, NOT THEM. WE ARE MANY THEY ARE FEW IT"S OUR MONEY WITHOUT US THEY HAVE NOTHING. IF IT'S YOUR MONEY THAT ALLOWS RIOT EXECUTIVES TO GO ON YACHT CRUISES WITH 50 DIFFERENT BEAUTIFUL WOMEN AND POUNDS OF COCAINE, WHAT IF YOU STOPPED PAYING FOR THOSE WOMEN AND FOR THE COCAINE AND FOR THE YACHT AND FOR THE TRIPS AROUND THE WORLD AND FOR THE HOTELS AND THE CARS AND ART AND THE FURNITURE AND WHATEVER ELSE THERE SICK FETISHES ARE, IF YOU STOPPED PAYING FOR IT WHAT WOULD THEY BE FORCED TO DO? CONVINCE YOU TO PAY THEM MORE, AND THAT PUTS THE BALL IN YOUR COURT SO YOU COULD THEN SAY, ''We want rehabilitation to be an option, for example maybe we get a trial period on another account and if we show no signs of toxic behaviors our accounts can be reinstated'' and THEY WOULD BE FORCED TO SAY YES. Likely none of this will happen, but I had to do my part for all the poor souls who have lost there hard earned accounts so that profit could be exploited from them.
