Times don't Change AFKs, Disconnects!

Why isn't there a system implemented already that if I have an afker or someone disconnects and doesn't return, my team doesn't get punished and loses points? It's not my team fault that someone rages and leaves so why punish us? My brother had literally 6 afks in a row and he loses all those POINTS when its not even his FAULT. Is this fair cmon. Maybe give our team some kind of boost, higher HP, as or ap power, something....There must be something you can do to address this. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to go up in rank in solo Q because these issues are not being fixed or looked at. It's a waste of time to me and the rest of the team when you have fight 4v5 and most likely lose the game and lose points when the LEAVER BUSTER SYSTEM should recognize someone has been gone for more than 5 mins - 10 mins so my team should not lose ELO/rank points. That way we should be able to surrender if that's the case and move on to a 5v5 HOPEFULLY the next game. There has to be something you can do about this RIOT, seriously.

because people would abuse it.

and while 6 afk's in a row are much and unusual, the probability math still stands: if you do not afk ever, eventually, you will win more games due to afk's than lose.

What about the other team. If you aren't losing ELO/rank points, then they can't gain any because it would create a huge imbalance. It is not their fault someone on your team AFKs.

The system you suggest is easily abused. Losing a game? just get one of your mates to leave and everyone avoids getting a loss.

for one, they get a double penalty if they afk For two, riot SHOULD implement intermediate bots in the stead of afk players, and have them read unconventional builds, so they can keep doing the thing the afker used.
