best solo support?

i was wondering who people thinks is the best solo support i played a game of soraka and i feel like she might be the best one as long as they dont have a zed and he ults me. who do you think is the best support to solo with?

I'm currently having a lot of luck with Janna. She has a lot more playmaking potential than Soraka and is the be all end all queen of peel and disengage when played correctly
