Changing the Community Standard: Retrospect Gaming (IN DEVELOPMENT)
A community with a strong understanding of what it takes to be successful: Strong marketing, a strong staff, a strong following. Retrospect Gaming looks to re-invent the idea of gaming communities. RSG plans to expand to multiple platforms, whether it be casual or competitive. With our competitive scene and casual scene experience, our staff has multiple stratagems to overcome competition, and eventually overcome boundaries set by the same competition. Aside from our drive to be a name within the competitive scene, we plan on creating a friendly community for all players (age, race and gender are not restricted) to be able to enjoy and socialize abroad.

- Retrospect Gaming aims to re-define the idea of what a real "gamer" is; We want to create a respectable community of gamers across all platforms. Saying this, we aim to have a well run, well fueled system that's made for the benefit of the people. The members are always our first priority.

- Plans on hosting teams from multiple sectors of E-Sports (Ex. CS-GO, WoW, LoL, etc)
- Relaxed and supportive setting
- Coaching and managing under Retrospect Gaming
- Communication and work between community staff and competitive teams: Retrospect Gaming wants to make the competitive scene, and we want the community and the teams involved to prosper.
As of now, Retrospect Gaming is hosted by a small group of staff members, from previous gaming communities to management positions within E-Sports. Our community is still in development when it comes to our website, social media, etc. The community is looking to expand its numbers and build a foundation.
