why does this item even exists? Because it's such a r%%%%%ed item, one person should not be able to solo a hole team no matter how fed they are with this item it's just bull.

because we asked for on hit carries to be a thing. this is all our fault.
It's to give junglers a chance to matter in ways besides how hard they gank.
If devourer didn't exist then farm focused jungling wouldn't be viable, and the only junglers you'd see are junglers with really really potent ganks, like Lee sin and nautilus
You'd never see shyvana or yi or maybe even nocturne because there ganking isn't as good as Lee sins or elise
Honestly a world without yi wouldn't be too bad tho
I don't mind junglers being relevant late game, but Devourer can be Sated at like 15 minutes. This item needs major nerfing.
Or stop complaining and get good
