Chat history

How cool would it be to be able to see your entire old chat history? My boyfriend and I spent two years talking on lol before we went out and it would be so interesting to know what we used to talk about! Do you think is a possibility for the old chats to be recovered ever? Or do you think it will ever be an option on lol where you can click to a separate page and see your chat history. This would be such a cool idea :D
