is it just low elos?

i am silver 5 and i was just wondering if this is only in low elos or when does this stop? every game i am in it is in the 30s and 40s minute game length. i am tired of playing games that go so long because no one knows how to end and alls they care about is kills. i look at challenger players and they end in 20 mins sometimes 30s but every rare do they go 40+ and in silver they always go 40+ its just annying and stressful when games go that long

when does this stop? when do people learn when to push?
