There is no indication or map for draft players in the beta client

I'm pretty sure the folks at riot have heard this already on reddit or support staff.

But in this client i can't tell what side im on and this seriously helps as a jungler main so i can pick the right champion for a rotation.

The old client way back had colours for both teams on the lobby so i can tell if i was on red or blue side.

The old client but somewhat modern draft lobby had a map showing what side your team is on very clearly.
