Electromagnetic Zac

A Zac skin where he looks like he is made of ferrofluid but with electricity flowing around it.

The electric effect extends out to the ability range while the stretching is less than what his default is. (like maybe half) His joke could be replaced with him turning into a black lightbulb at first then changing colours randomly for each bounce (or a disco ball) When he does his taunt the electricity arcs between his hands (the animation looks perfect to add that to already since he could be building up the charge when he crosses his arms at the start)
