Guys can Someone give me a Katarina skin?

I know thats will be a retarted post and someone will say : ,,This guy wanna free skins'' or ,,Buy Riot Points'' .. I don't have credit card to instert Riot Points to my account ..I tried to ask from my mother and father but they didn't give me...I can't make a mobile payment( BOKU) too because I don't have it on buying options.If somebody can buy me skin I'll be so thankful.I'm not a kid who wanna free skins I just want Katarina skin (I don't care what will be) because I love to play her...
