How Tribunal is handing out random punishments...

After being promoted to Platinum 3 days ago, I've started to notice some things.. I muted myself while being in gold, because I didn't want to try and help people by calling out misses, telling them when they should disengage, to ward and so on (and end up getting banned for it)..

After getting promoted, I thought (hoped) I would at least be grouped with a bit more mature player group.. How wrong was I.

After playing 4(!) games in total in platinum, I have managed to get banned for 14 days. Based on the chatlogs for one game. It seems that if you feed intentionally (and spam so in chat, blatantly and not giving a shit about it) for several games.. You will receive no punishment.

If you, on the other hand, tell this guy to get his ass out of his head and to please stop ruining the game for 9 people, you WILL get banned within 10 minutes of finishing the game (and only receiving one report - from the feeder ironically - for telling this person off).

I've wasted about 5 years on this game and easily more than 2000 euros. To be treated like this, over nothing, is the final straw. Keep pushing your loyal gamers who have been here since beta (and have seen the community take a serious dive) out of the game and keep the toxic cashcows close by.

That's terrible brother, post your reform card so we can upvote your innocence to the highest levels of Riot management! You are innocent right? You did nothing wrong, right bro? You wouldn't post this massive thread about how long you've been playing, lauding your great player aptitude if you were guilty of being abusive to others players, right bro?

Post that reform card so we can see the light of your innocence since you as a 5 year player would never abuse other players.

why do people assume its that one game that made there account get ban? thats not how bans work. its a process in which you have gradually been toxic in a number of games, and this final game is the one that got the system to see you havent changed! Dont get me wrong the feed (assuming you and the other people on your team reported him) will get ban, its just much more difficult to bans a person who may have gotten one bad game than someone who feels the need to call out others. To be fair you are no better than the feeding in my books and you both need to get punished!
