This is all fan-made stuff simply inspired by league of legends. Tons of people hand make cosplays/art/props/music inspired by a video game but as long as they haven't stolen an asset from the game its not illegal
This kind of thing has been around for a long time, and if it was illegal, then I'm sure it wouldn't be a thing anymore. Either that, or Riot just doesn't mind.
