Restrictions

Is anyone else sick and tired of riot's support and them banning some for hardly anything while the most toxic don't seem to be punished? I just got absolutely demolished verbally by some kid in an ARAM and decided to sit under my towers. Not AFK AT ALL moving and attacking if the enemy team pushed too far but not attempting to make any plays whatsoever. Yet now I am chat / reward restricted because the toxic and his buddy report me for God knows what and I have yet to recieve the notification that either of them have been punished. I realize RIOT has their hands full with the sheer volume of players, but sending automated messages to anyone who feels they are wrongly restricted (which I'm sure I'm not the only one) is absolutely absurd. This is a competitive game and when you have 3 toxic teammates on your team can you blame someone for not wanting to help them? Yet if I decide to afk i definitely will be punished. Thoughts?

P.s. I used no offensive language whatsoever the entire game and simply asked the other team to report and told them I would be reporting as well, also ended positive in the game so obviously wasn't intent feed.
