"I agree" and the 30 disconnects.

So I patched to 4.20 and hopped into a team builder game. Got to the load screen. Crash. No big deal, I reconnect. Crash.

This happens. I close out the process and reboot my computer. Load up League, sign in, reconnect. Crash.

My friend's playing the entire time. I hop onto the boards to see if other people are dealing with this, and all I see are people raging about Leaver Buster. I go "uh oh" and keep trying to reconnect. I try it 30 times; I can hear over my friend's headset "A SUMMONER HAS RECONNECTED. A SUMMONER HAS DISCONNECTED." spammed like the announcer was achieving the state of orgasm.

The game ends and it immediately puts me in the post game lobby no problem. I am told I'm reported by two randoms. I then get the warning message telling me I'm a baaaaaad maaaaan. I type "I agree" to being Satan.

What I'm getting at is, why nerf global passives? If I'd been Zilean , at least my team could lose at a higher level.

Funny. And also a good point. The system does punish people for things that are Riot's fault.

This happened to me too! I keep crashing then when I reconnect I crash right after.

I started a match with my friend, i get to the loading screen, i stay at 97%, doesn't move up, so i just wait. My friend starts the match while i'm still in the loading screen, so i just try to open task manager to end the process. Turns out my comp froze, nothing is responding, so i just shut it down manually, restart it, log back into league, try to reconnect to game, get to 97% again, then everything freezes, i do this a second time, but this time the match is already over, i get to the homepage, leaver buster warning. I agree and all that good stuff but...i mean i literally couldn't log back in...so...yay for riot?

Were you also getting the "failed to create dump file, error code 183" message? Since the new patch, I get that in ranked games practically every 30 sec. And what's worse, the champ doesn't run back to base any more, they just stand there. I get reconnected and I'm still in the same spot, alive or dead (or respawned back at fountain). I tried repairing, and then reinstalling completely - twice.

At least you actually didnt play I played jungle and didnt attack people alot i did 15 damage to champions lol and I got a leaver buster I feel like leaving the next game already just to prove a point to this shit company that doesnt know how to run a video game just a show for money

I have had the Attempting to Reconnect bug since 4.17, but it has intensified with 4.20. Now when I reconnect sometimes I can't see minions, and other times, the ATR goes away during a game, but I can't move my character but can watch the game like I'm spectating. And after champ select, it sometimes reads while the game is loading "You have been disconnected" and I have to restart the client, as the reconnect to game option fails. League has actually become a hellish experience for me at times.

Logged in to leave comment this happened to me in a ranked game with a feeder that was 0/11 but im the offender and he gets away.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me. Started up a game, client crashes, restarted, crashes, restarted, crashes...finally gave up and went to bed. The next day I have a love note from Riot telling me I'd been naughty. Fuck that.
