Will I ever be accepted on the pbe?

I have been signed up for the pbe for (no joke) over a year and I haven't been accepted yet. I pretty much only play fighters and the new fighter/assassin champ Camille is out on the pbe. I only bring this up because riot said they base who they let in based on if what they play matches up with what is on the pbe. I ahve been waiting for a while really wanting to get in and i have kinda lost hope... Thanks for reading, KillerDouFu
