What If Riot Actually Released More Advanced Bots?

I've been thinking about this for a long time now, and when the April Fools joke of the "more advanced bot system" came out i thought that the Riot gods were looking down on me. Unfortunately I got the biggest troll ever lol. But hear me out, right now in League of Legends, players have an option of choosing to practice vs either beginner or intermediate bots. Now for the first few levels of a new player, this seems pretty well done. The issue you then run into is the players who are past the skill level of intermediate bots, and now feel pressured to play ranked when they themselves know they may not be anywhere near as good as they should be. And with Normal Games not being much of an option for a real environment to learn this does negatively impact the ranked experiences of others and as a whole. What I'm thinking of is something like a "perfect bot" somewhat of a scripting bot, with a much stronger AI. Just imagine playing vs a Vayne bot that would dodge 80% of skills and play over all "smarter". if a system could recognize threats and advantageous opportunities it would add a whole new learning experience for the players that need it. Obviously something like this would take time to develop, and I know Riot wants players to learn in a "competitive environment", but can you really call bronze - silver ranked a competitive environment? Just a thought I've had for quite some time, let me know your thoughts or what you would change about the Bots in League.
