Request of Riot Regarding In-Game Chat

Can there be an option to turn off all of the chat without having to mute everyone at the start of every game? While I want to commend Riot for doing a great job at reducing player toxicity unfortunately most players still believe that it is better to talk down to people having a bad game instead of providing constructive suggestions. Normally I would imagine I wouldnt have such a big deal but I dont get alot of free time and work can be stressful and all I want to do is relax some, play my game, and have fun; not have my limited free time completely ruined because a teammate is unhappy im not the next LCS All-Star and has to voice it to everybody. I have gone on several hiatus's from league because of the consistency of this. Mute is a nice function but you cant unread what you have already read.

tl;dr Can riot add a feature that disables chat from all players/both teams?
