Need 20 rp plz !!

Hello everyone .

So to keep it short , I have 105 rp left over from a purchase I did a long time ago , and I 'd like to use it to buy a hextech key . But as you know , one of these costs 125 rp , so am 20 rp short . I heard about sending riot some fan art for rp , but I d like to ask is it still a thing ? and if it is , does it have to be good ? and where do I send it ?
