Becoming a Rioter

Hey guys! I just wanted to ask some questions to someone working in the game design , game programming department of Riot. I am about to graduate from high school and my all time dream job is to work at Riot. I am just looking for some helpful info to help guide me there. I am currently taking a video game design and video game programming class at my high school , I just want to know what its gonna take to get to where I wanna be.
