Account Item Transfer. Is it possible?

Ok so i have 2 other accounts from my main one. Only because i had friends who were new join so i made the accounts to help them out. But now that they're either not playing anymore or are at a high enough level where they dont need me any more i dont really want to use those accounts. But the problem is that the accounts themselves have skins on them and other items that i'd like to keep using. Is it possible to transfer those skins and other items over to the main account?
