Laptop crashes A lot and got into lower priority queue anyway to fix that?

So was playing a rank today and my laptop crashed in the middle of it, I was able to get back on fast enough luckily and helped fight a couple last fights before ending it. Just wondering if I can get this fixed since I'm not leaving the games intentionally but I do understand If i can not.
