I hate to be the one to tell you this buddy but they're not real. They're just characters people created.
hm, seeing as shes probably around <4 feet tall, and based on her Comic~ A Hero's Calling Approximately <5 ft

supposedly poppy is 3'6. Her hammer is almost exactly twice her size, which would put it at about 7'. http://imgur.com/NDbqxnU
It's different sizes though depending on the picture you're looking at, so anywhere from 6-7 feet would probably be fine.
