What is Riot doing for East Coast players?

There are spam threads on the old forums including the original one that has 500 or so pages now. There hasn't been a reply to any of them that I can find so I thought I would try making a post on the community beta because I believe that's what Riot prefers to use now.

So seriously what is Riot doing to fix it? If I could get a response, just something to let us know what's going on with it. 3 Months and no update is a bit of a slap in the face.
