Ah but he must be enemy of doctors, how about Insurance Agent Zed? XD
But yeah I think he needs to get into the theme somewhere.
I think there should rather be a grim reaper Zed skin, since he'll then be like : "You can't save everyone, Dr. Shen."
Or when he activates his ult he could be like "Doctor to the emergency station. I repeat, Doctor to the emergency station. HAHHAHA, too late."

I feel like Doctor Zed would look too much like his current skin. I like Sir's idea though!
