so.... the dumbass firewall situation.....

so i went to do a ranked game and it had that firewall problem that everyone else is having and wouldnt let me play the game, well by the time that game was finished i got DEMOTED from silver 3 to silver 4. why is this being put against us as a loss when its riots servers fault that this is going on. and becuase of this i got demoted which is clearly not my fault in anyway. so whats riot gonna do about this? cuz clearly they cant get their acts together and start caring about their players.
