Vlad rework??

I just had my first game playing Vlad with the rework. I have been playing him for a long time and have always enjoyed playing him whether I do really well or just mediocre. I am really disappointed with the rework. I will never play the champ again and when pointless reworks like this happen I truly wonder why I came back to this game(Just came back within the last month). Also they removed the best spell vamp item for junk. Frustrated more than ever with riot.
