Looking for tips from a High Elo adc main

As a bronze 4 adc main, there's no doubt that I struggle. Most inportantly, it can be quite difficult to communicate with my support sometimes. For instance, if I fall behind in lane, the support still expects me to trade, then they get angry at me and that would hinder the communication sometimes. Also laning. I have a low win rate on caitlyn this season... I do poke and with my autos but sometimes it can be difficult when you get countered... How do you play against a bad match up? And teamfighting... It can be especially when I play a champ without any escapes... I stay in the back but sometimes it can be hard when you get focused and plus, in low elos, not trying to insult support mains but peeling in this elo is almost non existent. Kiting out the focuser helps, but I'll end up dying anyway. So anyway, may I have tips for all of the above or better yet more from a high elo adc main? Thanks guys :D

Yeah if you're trying to get out of bronze of got bad news for you son. There's plenty of roles to carry from but adc aint one! In my opinion anyway, adc is too reliant on a good support. If your support actively pushes your lane all the time and then starts raging at you when you last hit the ward that they wanted to hit (literally happened to me in silver 4) how can you ever be a true adc when a true adc has support.. Support is actually a hard role in my opinion and takes alot of learning just like jungle.. People don't realize and just do whatever comes to their head. Supports can easily screw you in lane even though they think they're doing an epic job.. Like a soraka who always sits aheads of you and facetanks and blames you for not healing her when she was eating auto attacks.. I'd consider myself an alright adc. I main adc and I'm climbing to gold pretty quickly now- almost silver 2..

Watch streams of Sneaky, Imaqtpi and Gosu on twitch.. Watch tutorials on youtube on how to be a better adc.. Orb walking/stutter stepping, harrassing.. Combos... There's plenty to learn. There's no secret to success other than realizing your cup is empty. So you must fill it yourself for the most part.. You might have some luck getting help. Goodluck on that. Even if you're playing right, at bronze people would still say it's wrong.. They will blame you for feeding when your support isn't pressuring the enemy adc and just letting them have free damage on you through lane phase.. Play champs that are strong in lane phase in my opinion so you can be strong enough without having to be an adc needing a support to be fully effective.
