Is this finalized item sets for Pre-Season and Season 4?

or are there going to be possibly more new/deleted items in S4?

I would like to know! :)

Nothing is finalized in preseason. They could completely undo everything, if for some reason this patch didnt work out. I doubt that will happen, but they will be changing things up and balancing the game for season 4 still. Think of preseason as a giant beta session.
