i was wondering if i could get skins like ufo corki, urf the manatee warwick, pax sivir, king rammus, or black alistar from the hextech crates

No, you are not able to get any of those skins. You are not able to receive any Limited skins from hextech chests.

You can get legacy skins but I am not sure about those type of skins, TIME TO TEST :D
