Perma banned?? Please read the ending. The ending is what matters to me

So about 2 weeks ago i let me cousin play on my league account. He said his main got a ban. Then he backed his that statement up with a just cause i'm so skilled. I didn't really care about my league account anymore cause I've been playing on it for so long. he played about 3 or 4 games. I don't know how long he was playing for cause i wasn't in the same room as him. After he left everything was fine. A few days after he left i went to Korea to go and have fun there. I got on my laptop to go on my league but i noticed something. I got a message from my client from when i tried logging in. _"This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details." I checked my mail to see that riot games sent me something. My reaction was like damn wtf riot. I got lazy and didn't send them a contact request. A few days later i found out a way to check how much money i spent on the game. I think it was around 260 dollars. I also realized I've been playing since near the end of season 2 or when around lulu came out. I don't want to send Riot Games a contact request cause I am a very lazy man I hate having conversations over the internet. Anyways I think i would have gotten banned anyways cause of how toxic I am in game. I get really sensitive when people tell me what to do lmao. I act like a little kid in the game sometimes. The real question is should i start from a fresh account, send riot a contact, or just not care about this game anymore?
