Is Kindred the New Vayne?

I was thinking about playing more but then Kindred was revealed, after looking at their kit I thought that the 2 champions seemed pretty similar (Short, low CD dash, % health damage, etc.). Since Kindred is a Jungler and potentially a mid, top, and adc, that makes them seem more versitile and therefore a better champion to main. Thoughts?

kindred doesn't do true damage and her low cd dash is only limited to wolf's zone.

but otherwise yes kindred would be a more versatile main. Plus it has infinite scaling and better utility so you wouldn't be useless behind.
