i had to wait about 50 games to open 1 chest and i get a champion i already have, like really.

He had to wait 50 chests to open one

so I'm assuming he had to get S's and/or key fragments for it.

for my part, They can even change bought hextech chests to guarantee you get stuff you don't have if they want.

yes you should, otherwise you would unlock everything really fast. thats silly. plus you dont get stuff you have if you reroll 3 things. so its all covered.

That works when I get a random chest from a game, then its okay. But if I buy 10 chests and I get allchamps shards I already have and skins shards I already have then becomes annoying.

and then you reroll the champ shards and get a champ you dont have.

you paid for 3 chests, with random contents. if riot made the chests all be only content you dont have they would have to increase the price to match those of the skins/champions because you would be guaranteed new content every time. you didnt pay for 3 because the price of a new champion is NOT the same as the price of 1 chest.
