has ruined my day countless days in a row. Also the vast majority of the non cancerous community want either gone or nerfed. Pls rito

I was thinking needs buffing, poor guy is so little.
He's got a ton of counters. The Sweeping Lens and it's upgrade both neuter him hard. MR items like Maw, Banshee, and Spirit Visage dampen his damage. Caster based champions that don't rely on auto attacks like Darius, Illaoi, Ryze, and Jayce all can hurt him hard. His blind has no effect on spell casts. These are all amazing counters to him. But if you continue to rush into Teemo completely blind and insisting on pitting champions like Jax or Yasuo against him, then naturally you will struggle and continue thinking he's Satan incarnate.
