400+ Game Chat restriction?

So I recently contacted RIOT in an attempt to figure out why I was constantly getting chat restrictions, even though I haven't spoken in-game for neatly 120 games. I received a response that stated I needed to change my attitude in and outside of league and that I have personal issues I needed to deal with, that a break from league would be in my best interest.

So, question: Why is RIOT hiring smug employees to handle their customer service ? Why have I received over 400+ game chat restrictions back to back for nearly a year? I'm thinking there must be an error RIOT side that is somehow constantly setting chat bans on my account, considering I have been using pings and the mute feature for about 120 game (2 chat ban [136 Games]).

RIOT, can you look into this for me and remove this error. I would very much like to use chat again. Considering this is a game deeply based in team communication with four other people.

idk I checked your history and saw that you weren't a katarina,riven or vayne player so it doesn't make sense you would be cancer to the community.

It was a real person, he/ she was responding to questions I had...rudely I might had.

They're usually just copy pastes, they use the same replies for most tickets of the same topic.

I briefly talk pre game, and then post game skip waiting for stats and move on. Even during my match, my text is limited to... "Mia" "help please" or just playful banter when we are winning.

Thats what they said recently in the news to wrongfully convicted criminals, 2 of which where imprisoned for 40+ years, on life sentences. Dosnt mean they did anything wrong. Sometimes the system fails.

Doubt it. If they were convicted for life then they are almost 98% guilty.

Have you seen people sentenced to LIFE get release because they're innocent? I mean, you might as well say if yourself went to prison forever due to something you didn't actually do, do you want people to say "Meh he might be guilty let him rot in prison anyway." ?

Just received this.. Had a toxic Leblanc calling me names, ngger, dumb fck, etc all game long. Put on ignore finally. Called me a worthless shaco, ended up carrying the team. Didn't say one thing all game till the end when I said "am I worthless now". Got reported for it and another chat restriction. Thanks Riot.
