400+ Game Chat restriction?

So I recently contacted RIOT in an attempt to figure out why I was constantly getting chat restrictions, even though I haven't spoken in-game for neatly 120 games. I received a response that stated I needed to change my attitude in and outside of league and that I have personal issues I needed to deal with, that a break from league would be in my best interest.

So, question: Why is RIOT hiring smug employees to handle their customer service ? Why have I received over 400+ game chat restrictions back to back for nearly a year? I'm thinking there must be an error RIOT side that is somehow constantly setting chat bans on my account, considering I have been using pings and the mute feature for about 120 game (2 chat ban [136 Games]).

RIOT, can you look into this for me and remove this error. I would very much like to use chat again. Considering this is a game deeply based in team communication with four other people.

idk I checked your history and saw that you weren't a katarina,riven or vayne player so it doesn't make sense you would be cancer to the community.

Just received this.. Had a toxic Leblanc calling me names, ngger, dumb fck, etc all game long. Put on ignore finally. Called me a worthless shaco, ended up carrying the team. Didn't say one thing all game till the end when I said "am I worthless now". Got reported for it and another chat restriction. Thanks Riot.
