The leaver buster is OP

The leaver buster should not give a penalty for leaving at champ select. If you are in promos and get a jungle Udyr with a 16% win rate in ranked you should be able to back out. I have no problem with leaver buster doing its thing when people afk or leave games but realizing that u have a horrible team shouldn't result in a time penalty or a loss...

Honestly, I'm really fed up with having to go through champion select four times because of dodgers. That 16% win rate on Udyr could mean they've only played 6 games of it, yet if people only look at the win rate and dodge that number will never go up.

rather have dodgers during champ select than while ingame

The term "dodger" doesn't even work after the game starts. You can't have a dodger in game, they're just an AFK or DC at that point.

Then rather have a dodger during a champion select than an AFK/DC ingame

Fortunately for all involved, it's not an "either/or" situation. If it was, you'd always have dodgers, and never get to game, or you'd always have AFK's.

Okay, so first people were complaining that LP should not be punished for teaming with trolls like ADC Singed, but now people are complaining because of low winrates?

Seriously, there is literally NOTHING to please you people.....

As a comment said above about the amount of games the person had played. I didnt know i had to mention that i saw he had over 20 games with a 16% winrate. And no i dont care if i play with people with low winrates, but when you dont call what lane u are going, auto lock udyr jungle as first pick, i check his stats and see he's horrible, and im in my promos i shouldnt have to sit there and watch my promos go out the window. This is a team game and if your team isnt going to be serious you should be aloud to get out BEFORE the match starts. I in no way shape or form condone AFK/DC'ing.
