3rd Party Program Suspicions

So today after two weeks of being out of state during the summer I logged in to see that I was permanently banned on my main account/only account I play for using 3rd party programs. I have never used a program to compromise the game before so I really don't know what to do because I put SO much into this account to just randomly be fucked over. Did this happen to anyone else/Glitch in the system/Anyway to get this reversed? I read there's no way to get a ban appealed so I really don't know what to do at this point. :(

i saw that happened on my email and got really scared but when i logged on it was ok, idk tho

Send a support ticket. They'll look at it closer and decide if it was legit or not. If there was third-party programs used on the account, the ban will not be reversed. If they discover it was a glitch, they'll reverse it.
