3rd Party Program Suspicions

So today after two weeks of being out of state during the summer I logged in to see that I was permanently banned on my main account/only account I play for using 3rd party programs. I have never used a program to compromise the game before so I really don't know what to do because I put SO much into this account to just randomly be fucked over. Did this happen to anyone else/Glitch in the system/Anyway to get this reversed? I read there's no way to get a ban appealed so I really don't know what to do at this point. :(

did you get an email, im sure if you go to riot support they will give you your reason, they have the right to ban any account for any reason or not reason but i highly doubt that.

They aren't telling people what they were caught with in these ban waves. That way people don't know what they can still get away with.

it's not letting me log on at all though. when i do, i get the popup that im perm suspended.

Send a support ticket. They'll look at it closer and decide if it was legit or not. If there was third-party programs used on the account, the ban will not be reversed. If they discover it was a glitch, they'll reverse it.
