Friend has never playing with a rioter

He has almost 4000 wins, and has never once played with a red. Maybe as a surprise, we can fix this? his in game name is The Liger for those that wanna see how many wins he has.

I'm trying to set this up as my bday gift to him. He plays all the time, and I think it's high time he get to play with those that work on the game.

I've only had one game with Rioters...(well, two, but I was watching the second game's Rioter and got in on a fan game...), and it was a total surprise....an ARAM against 4 Rioters LOL. We lost. Badly. But it was amazing and so much fun!
