For God's Sake RIOT, Make A Dumb Multi/Unlocked Mode on the PBE For New Characters.

Slogging through 20 queue dodges while trying to fight over getting the new character, then being forced to play a sheer waste of time character with precisely character you aren't interested in playing is just an irritating waste of everyone's time.

In Overwatch, a new character comes out, and everyone can play that character. Yes, 6v6 Sombra or whatever is silly, but at least you get to play and get a feel for the basics of the character without feeling like you're scrabbling around on the floor with a pack of street urchins for a scrap of bread.
