Question bout project chests

Dafuq is a project chest? And where has this been all my life?

Don't know cause the PBE had it set for 1 (as a lot of PBE stuff is) so unless there was an price on the PBE forums, I don't know at the moment.

thanks... I figured someone may know something that riot said on here or somewhere else bout the price since it was never learned of on the pbe

I wish Rito would actually tell us so those of us who don't have as much ip can save up
