Laugh From the Deep

OK... So I am going to tell you a strange thing that happened to me at least twice on the rift and it may lead to this new sea monster champion that is coming out. As I was trying out Lissandra I went into a custom game and went against Ashe . At 15 min. i went to go solo drag, I laughed when i engaged but a few seconds later this deep echoing laugh that i knew was not Lissandra came from no where. It threw me off but i dismissed it as just me imagining things. A few games ago i was playing Karma and my adc and I went to the edge of the river to see if the enemy team was invading. I laughed again just for the heck of it and that same laugh again, only this time i could clearly hear it. I clicked to see it and the voice matched the laugh. You can activate this by being inside or to the side of the river and be the first to laugh inside of it. Apparently your teammates wont hear it though. I know it sounds like hoopla but i want you guys to try it and send me feedback to make sure I'm not crazy... Thank you
