Hello league community. I had this thought on my mind today. I can't figure it out, what would happen if sold a champion that i crafted a hextech skin on? I really apreaciate if anyone of you would know and would tell me. Or atleast share your thoughts on this matter. Thx
You can't. You must be able to refund the skins first, and you are unable to refund Hextech loot so you will be unable to refund that champion either (confirmed this with player support and a player yesterday).
There are still some cases where you can get skins for a champion you don't own, though, such as Hextech crafting when you don't own all the champions, or if someone gifted you a champion and it got removed due to a chargeback (but you had bought a skin for it already). In those cases you'll simply still own the skin and it'll be available when you can use the champion again.
