How is RIOT doing on diversity inclusion with hiring? Like women, minorities, difference race or people with disabilities. I know there are 17% women, but don't have data on others.

Why do you even need to know? Would it.. "Offend" you if there were more males, or more of one particular race?

I don't think anyone really cares.....

Im a girl, would it offend me that more males are in the gaming business than females.. Not really..

Actually as a girl who loves to game, knowing that they're short females in the business perhaps probably means they're looking to HIRE more females.

Sorta like Scientists/engineering, I hear they're really trying to look for female scientists/engineers lately because THERE ISN'T ENOUGH OF THEM.

Oh god...

Don't tell me it's the senior project and you have to find the # of worker, Saleries, all sorts of info and make it into a 5 page MLA Essay Dx

The horror of the 12th Grade Senior project.. actually is worse from memory then I actually recall doing it... Like all together it seemed like a lot... Uggghhhhnnn

Haha, it is actually an university project for a course "Leading across Differences". We are suppose to choose a company and analyze on its attitude on practicing diversity and inclusion.

in the real world, not the college fish bowl, diversity means a professional paradigm. For example, in professional wrestling, having bookers who come from backgrounds of having worked in foreign territories (NJPW, AAA), local territories (Memphis Wrestling), classic promotions (NWA, WCW, ECW), mainstream current promotions (WWE, TNA, ROH), would constitute diversity. Similarly, having writers who embrace cruiserweights, high flyers, ironman matches, juggernauts, hardcore style, "crash TV," etc, would also be diversity.

Having one black guy and one guy with cerebral palsy on a writing team is not diversity. It's irrelevant.
